Refund policy
Thanks for shopping at Anavea Fashion House.
We accept returns within 30 days from when your order is received.
Return Guidelines:
-All items must be new, unworn, in the original conditions you received with tags attached and no signs of wear like deodorant stains, makeup or tanning stains.
-All sale and clearance items and bodysuits are FINAL SALE.
Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately within 24 hrs if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges:
We're unable to process an exchange, but you're welcome to place a new order (while the item(s) are still available) and send in your return separately.
How to Process a Return:
To start a return, contact us at shop@anaveafashionhouse.com with "Return Request" in the subject line. Please include your name, order number and reason for return in the email. Our customer service team will get back to you within 24 hours.
If your return request is approved, we’ll send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We recommend you ship it with a trackable method as we are not responsible for any lost package.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
SHIPPING COSTS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.
